NiCr 80 20 Nb
NiCr 80/20 Nb is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy (NiCr alloy) additionally doped by Niobium. High operational temperature - 1200°C, excellent plasticity at room and mechanical stability at elevated temperatures makes this materials essential for chemical and corrosion resistance applications. NiCr 80/20 Nb is also known as NiCr 80/20 Cb. Niobium formerly known as Columbium used as alloying additive in big pool of superalloys usually to improve physical or mechanical properties of alloy at elevated temperatures.
