Heat & corrosion resistance alloys
Nowadays more electronic components, more facilities, equipment and parts are being used in high temperatures. As a result high temperature alloys provide strength, environmental resistance and stability within the 260°C to 1205°C temperature range. They have been used generally in the presence of combustion from heat sources such as turbine engines, reciprocating engines, power plants, furnaces and pollution control equipment. These alloys are widely used in chemical processing industries, offering high resistance to uniform attack, exceptional localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance, and ease of welding and fabrication. By eliminating the need for costly workovers, high temperature and corrosion resistant alloys offer valuable life cycle cost advantages.

Produced materials

  • NiCr 80 20 Nb  – сonstruction materials.
  • Alloy 330  – is austenitic alloy dope with entity of titanium nitride has a high level of corrosion resistance, particularly to oxidation, carburization and nitridation.
  • Alloy 330 Nb  – is a special alloy similar in physical and electrical characteristics to regular NiCr 40/20 (1.4886), but additionally doped by 1.0 to 1.5% of Columbium.
  • Alloy 600 (UNS N06600 / 2.4816) – excellent oxidation resistance. Used for industrial furnace, aircrafts , and nuclear energy plant material.
  • Alloy 601 (UNS N06601 / 2.4851) – excels especially in oxidation resistance. Used for heat treatment furnaces.
  • Alloy 625 (UNS N06625 / 2.4856) – excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance to various acids. Has high fatigue strength.
  • Alloy 718 (UNS N07718 / 2.4668) – used for jet engines and rocket parts for its outstanding high-temperature strength.
