Dear Partners,

We would like to inform you that Russia started cancelling severe lockdown restrictions caused by COVID-19. Even though the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Russia is quite high, the percentage of deaths is low compared to other countries (less than 1% of lethal cases). That is why our Government feels confident in easing the lockdown restrictions in our country.

On May 12th, some lockdown restrictions in Russia were lifted by a presidential decree, which makes it possible for most companies to gradually return to their regular schedules. In Moscow, all of the manufacturing enterprises started work on May 12th, 2020.

Manufacturing facilities of Vladimir Plant of precision Alloys continued to function even in the time of severe lockdown restrictions, because our company fulfills large public and government orders. Our plant in Vladimir was shut down only for the period from March 3rd to April 9th, 2020, which was necessary to obtain the official permission to reopen the plant.

Since May 12th we are back to working full-time at our Moscow office as well. Thus, Vladimir Plant of Precision Alloys has fully restored its normal operation and will continue to contribute to the excellent service, manufacturing standards and fast lead-times our customers have come to expect.

We are pleased to report that our company has gone through this difficult period without significant losses:
• We managed to keep 100% of our personnel
• In April, the decline in demand was kept at 10-15%
• Production workload for the months of May and June is already at 80%

We assure you that all the orders will be fulfilled and all agreed upon conditions will be met in full.

We are well prepared to respond to your enquiries and fulfill your current needs for high-nickel alloys. Please, do not hesitate to contact us. Our managers will reply within 24 hours.
